Exploring La Palma with an experienced and knowledgable guide gives you peace of mind, ensures your safety and offers you the chance to explore the highlights of the island that you may not find on your own. Bear in mind that La Palma is a rocky, volcanic island though and some walks may not be suitable for all.
La Palma companies offering a range of island walking tours:
* We used Natour Trekking for two walking tours and found them to be very professional, knowledgable and interesting and would highly recommend them. You can also explore the island of La Palma under your own steam and details, maps and photos can be found within our Walking in La Palma section. |

Alternatives by Car & Local Bus

The island offers an efficient bus service and is a great way to get around the island if you don't want to hire a car or take a tour. We happily used the local buses during our two week stay to get to the following locations from La Palma Princess Hotel: See the bus timetables and schedules. |
